Twilight Mountain Wedding

We love love love that Sevrika and Sebastian did something a little different for their wedding day. Starting with a beautiful First Look moment between just the two of them, they hosted their guests for a reception dinner and then completed their wedding with a twilight vow ceremony – a flip on the traditional wedding timeline that made for a truly memorable and special Rocky Mountain wedding! Photographed by Jennifer Jones Photography, meet the entire Creative Team after the jump!

From the couple:

When the wedding coordinator at A Bear & Bison described their outdoor evening ceremony, we knew it was going to be unique, romantic, and perfect for us!  However, it begged the question – we’re in the beautiful Rockies, how do we still get scenic daytime photos with an evening ceremony?  Enter: “The First Look.”  This private opportunity to see each other for the first time allowed us to truly focus on what this day was all about.  It was an intimate moment, with my secret song selection eliciting more than a few tears.  A drive with our photographer Jennifer then allowed us to capture those scenic daytime photos while providing us a break from all the preparations.  It was a chance to distract ourselves and have a few laughs – a herd of elk momentarily standing in for friends & family!  While I still had butterflies as I prepared to walk down the aisle with my dad, they quickly vanished as I stepped out into the crisp Alberta air.  Being outdoors at dusk surrounded by candles and cozy lights in front of a roaring fire was truly romantic. And the semicircle of loving faces embracing us guaranteed a magical ceremony.
