Minimalist Inglewood Wedding

Tim and Hanna’s wedding is the ultimate minimalist wedding dream. Their wedding was a perfect reflection of who they are and reflected their minimalist tastes and personalities. Their wedding took place in Inglewood, at The Commons, and with unique touches like a hand painted backdrop to the ceremony and sweetheart table, and deep charcoal hued macarons, their entire day was sophisticated, modern and of course, minimalist. They asked Joel of Kingdom Come Photography to photograph their wedding, and his style reflected their tastes beautifully. From the photographer

Tim & Hanna are minimalists. He’s an independent film director and she’s an actress, also starring in several of his films. We wanted their photos to reflect this unique dynamic so their portraits were cinematically inspired by some of their favourite film directors (Stanley Kubrick and Wes Anderson to name a couple). The Commons, their venue, has an industrial warehouse vibe with a bit of chintz. We started things off with a ‘first look’ in the historic/trendy district of Inglewood followed by a brief walk around the neighbourhood utilizing signage and old fire escapes.
