Weddings are a dream come to life. They are a fantasy you can touch with your finger tips and a chance to live for a day. In their truest form, it is a day you become a larger than life version of yourself, with all eyes on you as you live out your personal aesthetic and celebrate the height of your love and infatuation. The influence of surrealism on modern art, design and fashion is deep rooted and it is the art movement that has had the greatest impact on weddings and wedding fashion, as it is the movement that encouraged artists to go beyond what the eye beholds and dive into what the beauty of the mind explores through thought, emotion, senses and beyond.
