Mike and Shannon were married at Seaman Stadium in Okotoks, home of the Dawgs, and while filled with fun and lighthearted details, this couple included elements of elegance and sophistication throughout their day. This baseball themed stadium wedding was truly one for the books. Despite it being one of the smokiest days in August, the celebration was a perfect display of elegance. Beautiful details, flowers and tributes to the Mike + Shannon’s love could be found throughout the day. The bridal party was full of energy and excitement for the bride and groom, leading to a spontaneous dance party during the bridal portraits, of course. The whole affair was also incredibly relaxed. Mike + Shannon were married on the outfield of the Dawg’s Stadium in Okotoks and shared a dinner of burgers + fries with their guests on the concourse. Sipping on Coke from glass bottles and snacking on popcorn as the sun went down behind the stadium eventually led to everyone dancing their way down to the diamond to continue the party under the floodlights.
