When elegance meets industrial chic (and you add a splash of bohemian), amazing things happen. Today’s Calgary wedding inspiration shoot is from Calgary wedding planner Coco & Ash and Calgary wedding photographer Kadie Hummel Photography. This shoot is a beautiful synergy of two unique wedding themes and styles, and shows how working with the right planner who connects with your vision can help produce perfect results. We are loving the macrame touches in the ceremony arch decor as well as the styling of the bride-to-be, who’s gown had intricate lace details that paired beautifully with her smooth and elegant up-do and bridal makeup. Similar to that first step you take as husband and wife on the dance floor, the inspiration for this shoot came from my first step into the Wedding industry. A room filled with amazing creators and designers, “First Dance” was a collaboration to introduce Coco & Ash into the Calgary Wedding scene.
The amount of talent in one room was beyond inspirational itself and the modern and sophisticated brand of Coco & Ash was born. A pallet of greenery, clean lines and minimal decor is keeping with the elegance and timeless trends of today’s modern weddings. Unique touches to the table menu, bridal accessories and an archway to say ‘I do,’ was authentically captured by Kadie Hummel. Through Anenomie’s, crisp white tableware and a brick landscape, it was our dream to capture the eye of couples’ planning their happily ever after day with a minimalist style.
This shoot was created in hopes of earning a place in this wonderful industry, building everlasting relationships, growth and celebrating the talents behind each and every member of the creative team.
