This destination wedding is one of those weddings that makes me both love and hate my job. Going through Hannah and Peter’s destination wedding photos from Sofia Katherine Photography was so fun, so beautiful – I got giddy with excitement! But then having to pick photos that would best tell the story was almost impossible – every photo told a special moment, held a memory and frankly, was totally exquisite. Why do you make me pick favourites?!
Hannah and Peter got married at Moon Place Resorts in Cancun, Mexico and for their wedding decor choose crisp whites paired with touches of gold and blush to add subtle texture. Hannah’s dress is out of this world – her mermaid Galia Lahvav gown was embroidered from neckline to skirt, and featured a plunging v-neck with an illusion key-hole cut out. No other words are needed – Hannah’s gown was stunning!

From the bride
There were so many amazing moments in our wedding; it's hard to choose just one. But if I had to choose a moment, it would be saying our vows in front of our family and friends. When you marry someone, it's like you get to choose a stranger to be your family, and out of anyone in the world, you choose them. To have everyone I love witness Peter and I become family was truly memorable. It's one thing to say your vows to your family, but saying your vows out loud in front of family and friends cements your love even further.
