What’s so exciting about Mackenzie and Steve’s engagement session is that their wedding is barely a week away from today! They’ll be tying the knot on August 20 (and yes, we’re already thinking about how beautiful their wedding photos will be!). Mackenzie and Steve met a few times over the years, but they truly bonded on the floor hockey floor after playing together one season. After a first date, where they shared everything they ordered, it was only a year before Steve asked Mackenzie to say “I Do”. After a day of exploring the Inglewood bird sanctuary and biking around the city, they had dinner at Rouge and then Steve said he had a place in mind for dessert. They ended up at Glenmore Reservoir where Steve had set up two chairs and lights on the dock. They had hot chocolate and tarts and looked through a photo book that Steve had made. After that, Steve got down on one knee and asked Mackenzie to marry him!
