Boho Glamping Elopement in Olds, Alberta

Alberta is full of perfect rustic wedding backdrops, but that doesn’t mean they end at rustic weddings. This amazing shoot from Calgary wedding photographer Paisley Photography and Calgary wedding creative The Prosecco Cart is the perfect example of how well Alberta wedding venues can work with any theme. Set at Willow Lane Barn in Olds, Alberta, the team infused soft pastels and neutrals, as well as decor textures like grasses and leathers, to help create a distinct bohemian vibe. For a bold design choice, the macrame chandeliers as a wedding ceremony backdrop and the canvas lotus tent for the reception top off this inspiration shoot with a glamping vibe that we love. With a new normal brides and grooms have been put to task to get creative with their wedding planning. Numbers are limited and scope has been reduced, but that doesn’t mean they can’t celebrate. This Boho Glamping Wedding was inspired by the beautiful Lotus Bell tent by Lavish Canvas. We complimented the tent with an intimate table for four surrounded by vintage hanging lighting, and added unique vintage glassware, personal charcuterie boxes, comfy pouf seating, and textures of fur and leather. The ceremony space was created with beautiful macramé chandeliers, lush florals, beautiful vintage trunks and décor. The vintage Piaggio Ape by The Prosecco Cart was set to serve this intimate setting with floral buds and a lovely arrangement. Colored glasses sat on the shelves and added that boho pop of color. The dresses were romantic and grooms attire added a unique touch of pattern and color to the day. With custom rings, and amazing hair and make up the couple was stylish and comfortable. Each vendor offered a unique style element that brought this lovely shoot together and helped create our Boho Glamping Wedding.
